You'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to some of the most exciting brands in India.- You'll own and grow key client relationships in India, deeply understand client business challenges, and show them how Consuma's platform can unlock sharper insights, faster decisions, and real business impact. This role sits at the heart of Consuma, working closely with sales, strategy consulting, and product teams to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform and stay with us for the long haul.- If you enjoy conversations about consumers, markets, and strategy and love turning those conversations into revenue and long-term partnerships, this role is for you.What You'll Do:- Own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, driving revenue expansion, renewals, and deeper platform adoption.- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning Consuma as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.- Lead regular business reviews with clients, connecting insights, outcomes, and opportunities back to their larger strategic goals.- Identify and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs.- Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and product to deliver high-impact client solutions.- Translate complex insights and AI-driven outputs into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with business leaders.- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction, fast issue resolution, and long-term trust.What We're Looking For:- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.- Strong ability to build relationships across levels, from day-to-day users to senior leadership.- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially when explaining complex or data-driven ideas.- A consultative mindset with a genuine interest in understanding business problems and crafting thoughtful, tailored solutions.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where things are being built and refined in real time.- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
