- Windows OS (installation, upgrade, troubleshooting)
- MacOS (installation, upgrade, troubleshooting)
- Network connectivity and VPN (configuration and troubleshooting)
- Office365 (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Exchange (mail account / distribution list / group mailbox setup, configuration)
- Active Directory (account setup, group membership)
- File Share (access and troubleshooting)
- Server (windows OS patching, security remediation, troubleshooting)
- Security (virus/malware cleanup, remediation)
- Software (procurement, deployment, installation, troubleshooting)
- Applications (account setup, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Mobile Device (connectivity / MFA / InTune setup, troubleshooting)
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with multiple people in different business roles.
- Knowledgeable in Incident Management process.
- At least three (3) years' experience in the Information Technology industry.
- Basic project management skills
- Experience on programming in any language
- Tier 1 Server or Network Administration, application Support like CRM, CLM,ERP, Salesforce etc.
- Exposure to Powe BI, any automation scripts, Azure Admin tasks etc.
