The Site Head will oversee all operational and strategic functions within the technology department, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects and fostering innovation. This role requires a leader with a strong background in technology to drive growth and operational excellence.

Develop and execute the regional growth strategy aligned with global objectives
Lead day-to-day hub operations ensuring profitability, quality, and scalability
Implement best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture across hybrid and remote teams
Collaborate with global practice leaders to build skills in AI, Data Science, BI, and application development
Partner with sales and client teams to integrate the hub strengths into proposals and delivery plans

Lead the growth and expansion of a high-performing global delivery hub in IndiaProven track record in developing cutting-edge tech & intelligent applicationsA successful Site Head should have:

15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with proven success in building and scaling technology delivery centers in India to atleast 1000+
Adept with new age tech including but not limited to AI/ML, data engineering & Intelligent automation
Strong track record of operational leadership, strategy execution, and organizational growth
Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence across global stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to foster culture, lead distributed teams, and scale high-performing organizations
Experience working across both consulting and delivery organizations is highly preferred
