You will play a key role in crafting clear, compelling, and accurate responses for clients, as well as producing internal and customer-facing content.The ideal candidate is technologically curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Create and write high-quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content
Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
Develop technical documentation such as Product overviews, Feature descriptions, Technical FAQs & Process documentation
Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
Manage timelines and deliverables independently

Requirements

3-4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and products

Nice to Have

Experience working in SaaS / AI/enterprise software
Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
Basic understanding of AI, automation, or cloud technologies
