ROLE- SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER- PREFERABLY FROM FOOD INDUSTRY-(FMCG-MANUFACTURING)1. Production & Inventory Planning- Oversee materials requirement planning (MRP) aligned with production forecasts.- Balance inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and holding costs.- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to manage ingredient lead times and formulation changes.2. Logistics & Distribution- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.- Optimize transportation routes and freight costs while ensuring product integrity (e.g., temperature control).- Manage third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations.3. Demand Forecasting & Sales Alignment- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build accurate demand forecasts.- Monitor sales trends and adjust production schedules accordingly.- Align supply chain activities with promotional calendars and seasonal demand spikes.4. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement- Track KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, supplier lead time) and report performance.- Lead cost-reduction and efficiency projects.- Leverage ERP systems and digital tools for real-time visibility and decision-making.Qualifications:- 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in the food or confectionery industry.- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
