Job Description:UST is looking for a Tableau lead.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development: Designing, building, and maintaining intuitive, interactive Tableau dashboards and reports. Data Preparation: Utilizing SQL, ETL processes, and data blending to prepare data sets for visualization. Performance Optimization: Fine-tuning dashboards, extracts, and queries to ensure fast loading times. Collaboration: Working with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translating them into technical requirements. Tableau Server Management: Publishing workbooks, scheduling data refreshes, managing user permissions, and maintaining server performance. Data Accuracy: Validating data integrity and consistency within reports.Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiencies: Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Data Skills: Expert-level SQL queries and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and transform them into meaningful, actionable insights. Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling, mapping, and data blending. Analytical Tools: Knowledge of BI tools, data warehouse concepts, and ETL processes.Preferred Qualifications Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Certified Data Analyst). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis. Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or AWS Redshift.
