JOB LOCATION : PUNE
JOB DESCRIPTION :We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join Cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating software applications to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects. This role is critical in helping us implement VR module to automate VM Process namely identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze requirements and design test cases accordingly.• Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.• Identify test data requirements and prepare test data.• Perform manual and/or automated testing of software applications.• Execute test cases and document results and Identify, log, and track bugs • Work closely with SME's and engineers to understand features and resolve issues.• Communicate test progress, results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing.• Validate fixes and perform re-testing.• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.• Create user manuals or guides if required.Key Skills:• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)• Experience with test management tools • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit)• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL)• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
