The platform facilitates seamless invoice financing and early payment solutions for MSMEs via digital supply chain finance.The organization is backed by a leading private sector bank and aims to transform the way MSMEs access working capital through tech-driven B2B financing solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new client acquisition (corporates and MSMEs) across the region.Promote adoption of the TReDS platform among buyers and suppliers for invoice discounting.Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Procurement Heads, Treasury, etc.).Prepare and deliver product pitches and tailored proposals to potential clients.Collaborate closely with internal product, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Achieve revenue and activation targets through direct B2B sales efforts and consultative selling.Desired Candidate Profile- 2 plus years of B2B sales or corporate relationship management experience.- Strong understanding of financial services such as invoice financing, working capital, or trade credit.- Exposure to fintech, NBFCs, banks, or TReDS platforms preferred.- Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders in corporates.- Self-driven, accountable, and goal-oriented mindset.Preferred Background- Prior experience in Fintech / Banking / NBFC / Invoice Financing / Supply Chain FinanceRoles such as: Relationship Manager - SME / SCF, Business Development Manager - Fintech, Sales Manager - Working CapitalWhat We Offer- Opportunity to work with a fast-growing digital lending platform transforming MSME finance.- Performance-driven growth and career development environment.
