Technical Sales Coordinator (MEP), 0-4 yrs exp, Kochi (Edapally)Job Title: Sales CoordinatorQualification: B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or similarWorking Hours and Days : Sunday to Thursday (10.30 am to 7.30 pm )Salary: 40000 /- per monthJob Location : Edapally, Kochi (Work from Office only)Skills Needed: English communication skillsTechnical Skills:MEP/HVAC/Valves, quotation, Mechanical Engineer- Plumbing Products- HVAC Products- District Cooling Products- HVAC ControlsResponsibilities:To provide efficient back-office sales and marketing support for the sales and marketing team in a timely manner within the company standards, policies and proceduresExpectations:- Provide proactive and efficient support in all sales and marketing related services to salespersons for the major Key Account Customers.- Take proper and timely actions based on the company SOP, - Sales Force CRM,- and D365. Continuously learn all company ERP systems in coordination with the company IT and CRM Team.- Follow up on customer payments and send SOA.- Updating stock inventory and preparation of Stock request- Document Control: Keep and maintain all principals' pricelists and catalogs.- Prepare quotations in the pre-defined formats as required by the sales team and if necessary, on clients' online portals.- Where required, coordinate with suppliers and principals of various products and services the company offers, ensuring accurate information and communication channels are maintained between all stakeholders.- Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and any other Trade Finance Documents required in the complete sales process.- Learn and advise customers on the company's - Sales - Terms & Conditions- where required.- Have a proper and in-depth understanding of various INCOTERMS and ensure all relevant terms are included in quotations and other sales-related documents.- Fair knowledge on various payment instruments including but not limited to Advance Payment Terms, Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees etc.- Ability to read and understand customer purchase orders, letter of intents, sales contracts etc.- Ensure compliance, including timely submission of quotations and delivery of materials and services within the timelines provided by customers and sales personnel.- Understand various insurance-related requirements in the Sales Process and arrange them in coordination with the Admin Team.- Where warranties are involved in product supplies, keep proper records and ensure all support until the end of the warranty period.- Ensure 100% retention of all Key Account Customers by proactively understanding their various needs, diarizing them daily, and providing ultimate solutions in cooperation with the sales team.- Continuous learning of company products and services, including technical specifications etc. where required, and ensure 100% accuracy in various customer needs including understanding their RFQs, Product Compliance Statement preparation and submittals etc.- Work closely with Finance, Credit Control, Logistics and Supply Chain teams throughout the complete sales process.- Archive incoming/outgoing documents. Follow up on and consolidate various reports and tasks for team members and the Unit Head.- Follow up on sales activities in the absence of individual salespersons.- Evaluate, check, measure and improve the quality of submittals.- Prepare presentations using MS Office and any other software required by the Head.- Ensure all Sales process and procedures are in line with company ISO standards by coordinating with company ISO MR.- Make necessary suggestions to the unit Head for any improvements in process for efficient functioning of the unit.
