  • Timely and accurate delivery of packages, food, or courier items to customers within assigned routes.
  • Use of company-provided motorbike and mobile application for navigation and order updates.
  • Maintain delivery logs, receive customer signatures, and ensure proof of successful delivery.
  • Follow road safety regulations and traffic laws at all times.
  • Conduct daily checks on the bike and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and report delays, delivery challenges, or concerns promptly.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold a high standard of customer service during every interaction.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary Range: 3000 3500 AED per month (71,623 to 83,560 INR approx.)
  • Salary will be reviewed after 6 months of probation, and can increase to 3500 AED based on performance.
Contract Duration:
  • 2 Years (Renewable depending on performance and company requirements)
Probation Period:
  • 6 Months
Working Hours:
  • 12 hours/day, 6 days/week
  • Overtime/bonus opportunities may be available based on performance.
Age Limit:
  • 21 to 35 Years
Company-Provided Facilities:
  • Motorbike for official deliveries
  • Data SIM for mobile-based delivery apps and navigation
  • Accommodation (shared housing provided by the employer)
  • Medical Insurance as per UAE labour law
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education preferred.
  • Basic communication skills in English or Hindi.
  • Prior experience in delivery services (Zomato, Swiggy, Rapido, etc.) is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must hold a valid 2-wheeler driving license.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and ready to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai and commit to a 2-year employment contract.
