- Design and oversee HVAC systems (cooling load calculations, ducting, installation).
- Develop and review plumbing system layouts (water supply, drainage, piping).
- Design electrical systems (low and medium voltage, load calculations).
- Prepare and review MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with MEP codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IS standards, etc.).
- Perform load calculations (cooling, electrical) for accurate system sizing.
- Supervise and inspect MEP works at the project site.
- Select appropriate materials, specifications, and equipment for MEP systems.
- Coordinate effectively between MEP, civil, and structural teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain effective written and verbal communication in English with stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 36 years of experience in MEP design and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit MEP is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in construction projects.
- Familiarity with international MEP codes and standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
