Job Description:Job DescriptionJob Summary –Overall 2+ years of team handling experience. Knowledge and/or experience in Banking and capital markets such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.Role & Responsibilities: * Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
Should manage daily client meetings

Domain – Should have in-depth knowledge (Knowledge in Banking and Capital markets will be an added advantage)
