Designation: Process ExecutiveJob Location: HyderabadShift: RotationalRoles and Responsibilities:Knowledge of Googles cloud product.

Response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, chat ( Highesh % ) and social media of customer support queries.
Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs.
Keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases.
Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
Provide customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.
Handle escalations raised by customers and partners.
Handle consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution.

Eligibility Criteria:2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any degree.Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.Interested candidates can share their CV tnh_recruiter5@mazenetsolution.com
