Day-to-day responsibility of a Lead Software Developer.

Major contributor to the design and implementation of the overall architecture of the project
Lead the development and delivery of software projects from start to finish.
Work as part of an agile team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Mentor junior developers on development best practices
Lead code and design reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Debug and resolve technical issues.
Write tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Maintain application quality.
Continuously help the team to improve by being actively involved in team meetings and ceremonies (architecture, refinements, retrospectives, demos, standups, etc.…).
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations.

QualificationsRequired experience:

6+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong development skills and fluent in C#, and WPF.
Good understanding and exposure to APIs and consuming RESTful services
Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
Experience with relational databases.
Experience with distributed systems methods and practices
Experience with automated testing and software verification (unit, integration)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience working on Windows applications and WPF.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a four-year college or university with a minimum 3.0 GPA
