We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Job DescriptionRole Title: QA & Testing Senior AnalystPosition Summary:Looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of QA/QE in an Agile environment to drive End to End (E2E) integration functional validation and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables. Tasks include collaborating with all impacted application teams to develop test strategies and high level test scenarios, identify data needs, track/report progress/issues and obtain approval of the test results. There are multiple strategical and tactical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated. This is a people management position and will be managing and leading both FTEs and strategic partner resources.Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design of an overall, robust test strategy, including a consolidated data approach and high level test scenarios to thoroughly test the logic and handoffs that support the E2E business flow(s).
Identify and socialize all testing/quality risks and define mitigation strategies.
Coordinate all E2E test execution, both internally and with clients or other external partners as needed.
Work with Delivery Management, Business & Technical Product Owners and application leads to confirm schedules and resource allocations.
Work with the teams to efficiently resolve issues.
Maintain dashboards on E2E testing progress and issues for reporting to various levels of management.
Promote cross-functional communication and advocates continuous improvement.
Facilitate lessons learned sessions and help implement best practices.
Identify automation opportunities

Experience Required:

4-7 years of experience coordinating highly complex integration testing efforts.
Strong Communications and team management skills
Deep knowledge and experience with various testing methodologies in agile (SAFe, Scrum & Kanban)
Ability to quickly develop a good understanding of the technical details within the applicable application(s)/system(s) to be tested as well as correlate that activity to the solution and the business feature(s) it supports.
Ability to translate high level or vague specifications into clear testing requirements with acceptance criteria. Strong technical and analytical skills.
Knowledge of multiple platforms ranging from ODS/Entities, Claim Systems and Behavioral and UMCM Systems.
Integration Testing Experience: Must have experience coordinating with upstream and downstream applications
Strong experience in documenting Test Strategy and Test Plan
Strong experience in Task assignments to team
Hand on experience in Test and defect Management Tools
Strong Expertise working with large solution programs with end to end integration testing solutions
Hands on Experience with Status Reporting
Strong interpersonal and team building skills to influence participants and drive results.
Solid contributor, but will spend time providing direction to others.
Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic cross-functional work environment, learn quickly, identify risk and solve problems.
Functions well in a large-scale, highly complex, cross-functional / platform environment.
Knowledge of Healthcare industry/PBM preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application software: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project.

Education and Training Required:

College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
