Job Description :KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Corporate Governance: Driving the highest standards of governance by managing board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder interactions.Statutory Compliance: Ensuring end-to-end adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and other corporate laws.Strategic Advisory: Providing the Board and senior management with expert guidance on secretarial standards, legal ethics, and corporate best practices.Secretarial Audit: Leading internal audits and coordinating with external regulators to ensure the organization remains "Audit-Ready" at all times.Filing & Documentation: Managing the precision-heavy task of filing statutory returns, maintenance of minutes, and statutory registers.M&A Support: Assisting in corporate restructuring, joint ventures, or large-scale integrations within the JioStar framework.RequirementsThe Post-Qualification Veteran: 8–10 years of rock-solid experience as a qualified Company Secretary, preferably within large conglomerates or listed entities.Regulatory Mastery: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Indian Corporate Law and a proven track record of managing complex compliance portfolios.High Integrity: A professional with a non-negotiable approach to ethics and organizational transparency.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to communicate with Board Directors and legal counsel with clarity and authority.Mumbai Based: Ready to lead from the city's corporate headquarters in a fast-paced environment.
