Sr. Product Designer for a Social Media company in Delhi

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles and best practices would be a significant plus.
• Experience with cross-platform design to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and findings to cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience working with B2C startups is a strong plus, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of current design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.

• User Interface (UI) Design:

• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with Hunch's brand and user experience guidelines.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design assets for development.
• User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and journey maps to optimize user interactions and workflows.
• Interactive Prototypes:

• Design and build interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
• Use prototypes to validate design concepts, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Information Architecture:

• Define the structure and organization of content and features to enhance usability and navigation.
• Ensure a logical and intuitive flow within the app to facilitate user engagement.
• Design System Development:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system for consistent UI elements, patterns, and components.
• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and user research findings to cross-functional teams.
• Usability Testing and User Feedback Integration:

• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design concepts and prototypes.
• Integrate user feedback and insights into design iterations for continuous improvement.
• Accessibility and Inclusivity:

• Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure the platform is usable by individuals with disabilities.
