For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OTM Apps Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in data migration and end-to-end OTM implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration and performance of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.͏Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support full-cycle Oracle OTM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
  • Develop and maintain OTM integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, and web services.
  • Perform data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom solutions within OTM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across OTM modules.
  • Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
͏Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 4 years in Oracle OTM.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in OTM modules and architecture.
  • Proven experience in data migration projects including legacy data extraction, transformation, and loading into OTM.
  • Hands-on experience with OTM configuration, workflows, agents, and automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and integration tools (SOA, BPEL, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global delivery model.
͏Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud OTM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Oracle certifications in OTM or related modules.
