- Sales Operations Excellence: Support the sales team by providing world-class operational assistance and ensuring seamless execution of sales activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, determine growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate data and streamline sales workflows.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting important data and findings.
- Customer Support: Provide outstanding support to sales representatives and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales support or analyst role, preferably in a high-tech or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
