The ideal candidates will bring strong corporate connections, especially within top Mumbai-based organizations, and have a proven track record in business development within the insurance broking, healthcare, employee wellness, or wellness aggregator sectors.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage corporate partnerships to drive business growth.
Leverage existing corporate connects to establish and expand business relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and create strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized wellness and healthcare solutions for corporates.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

4+ years of relevant experience in insurance broking, healthcare, employee wellness, or wellness aggregators (Ekincare, Medibuddy, MediAssist, International SOS, etc.).
Strong corporate connects with top companies in Mumbai.
Proven track record of professional stability and consistent performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with strong negotiation abilities.
Age group: 3035 years.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
