Job Description:Online / Offline notices to be monitored and actioned within TAT Ensuring all notices received are checked and reverted on Online Portal as well as mails within Tat action shall be taken within 2 hours
Ensuring all court orders are processed within TAT Ensuring all court orders are processed within 2 days TAT and accurately
SR's to be closed with end to end action done Ensuring that the SR's are closed post required action are taken - Daily
24*7 shift rotation Ensure to own continous and smooth functioning of Night Shift - 24*7
System Enhancement / Process implementation Ensure to raise system improvements / process automation on quartrely basis
