Job Description:The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.Key responsibilities:Write and edit a wide range of high-impact content including website copy, thought leadership reports, white papers, case studies, sales collateral, and PR/editorial piecesCollaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders within the company to develop structured, insight-driven contentHelp shape the structure and storyline of reports, articles, and strategic content piecesCollaborate with marketing, business, and PR teams to support campaigns and thought leadership initiativesMaintain consistency in tone, messaging, and editorial standards across content formatsWork efficiently across multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high writing standardsReview and refine drafts produced by junior writers and employees from other areas of the business to ensure clarity, consistency, and qualityMentor junior writers, be a guardian of brand guidelines, and contribute to raising the overall standard of content across the companyRequired skills and expertise:10-12 years of professional writing experience in content, editorial, journalism, consulting, or B2B marketing environmentsExceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to either elevate or simplify content into strategic narrativeExperience producing long-format thought leadership content such as reports, white papers, or analytical articlesAbility to interview subject matter experts and build insights that are aligned to business and brand goalsStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in one's own workExperience working with senior stakeholders and incorporating feedback constructivelyAbility to write across multiple formats and tones, from executive thought leadership to marketing contentComfortable working in a collaborative, global environmentExperience in B2B technology, analytics, consulting, digital marketing, or enterprise services is a plus, but not mandatoryAbout the Team:eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
