Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Must Have Skills

Proficiency in Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
Strong knowledge of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills

Familiarity with front-end technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
