Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and gather business requirements related to HR processes and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure and support core SAP HCM modules including:Organizational Management (OM)Personnel Administration (PA)Time Management (TM)Payroll (support/config knowledge depending on country)Benefits and Personnel DevelopmentHandle end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects.Work closely with HR teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities within SAP.Support data uploads and migration activities using LSMW, BDC, or other tools.Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers.Conduct testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT), training, and documentation.Ensure SAP HCM system configuration complies with statutory and compliance requirements.Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to SAP HR processes.Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions.
