Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.

3 years of experience working in an organization.

Experience in Java, Python, and C++, with excellent technical skills.

Provide leadership in the engineering productivity area.

Manage and hire a team of software engineers.

Work with cross-functional teams in Play to design and build productivity-related tooling, build infrastructure, test infrastructure, debug tooling, and other internal developer focused productivity tooling.

Communicate and work with stakeholders to ensure team alignment and project success.

Manage project budgets and timelines.
