Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities Job Description - Sales & Business Development - To achieve sales (Primary & Secondary) and collection targets through the sales team (Sales Officers/Executives). - Appoint network of retailers/ distributors/ Super Stockist to enhance market penetration and business. - Drive distribution in GT market in order to increase brand presence and increase market share in the category. - Ensuring maximum extraction from trade spends. - Driving execution excellence in the market through the sales team on sales procedures/visibility. - Preparation of sales forecast and timely implementation of sales plans laid down by the management. - Ensure brand building activities through BTL activations and act as a liaison between brand and sales team for the region. Customer Management - To build excellent relationships with trade/Key accounts/channel partners for positioning of all products in the market. - Driving profitability (ROI management) for channel partners through focused initiatives in distribution and market servicing. Team Management - Build , train, monitor, coach and motivate the Team to ensure efficiency in meeting of individual & group targets - Daily monitoring of secondary sales & retail productivity of each Team member and be the leader for his area in driving/brining about change. The candidate must have strong understanding of the geography/markets/towns - Urban and Rural pertaining to his area/State. Usage of hand held terminals (Sales Force automation) & continuously feed into the frontline team on measures to improve on ground execution.
