Candidate with legal experience of 5 to 8 years in Retail, Consumer goods, Ecommerece or from law firms having worked in Retail & sales contracts, Regulatory compliance should apply

Candidates with prior experience in Retail & sales contracts, Lease, project agreements Regulatory compliance etc.
Good communication skills with stakeholder management skills
Industry preference - Retail, Consumer good, Ecommerce etc.
Excellent knowledge of commercial tenancy law, eCom law and market compliance topics
Serving as the go-to authority for all legal or compliance matters within the market India in alignment with global Legal Department
Identifying, evaluating, and addressing legal and compliance risks
Shaping the legal, compliance and regulatory landscape for India in alignment with global Legal Department, global policies & business imperative
experience as a compliance officer (with good knowledge of European compliance regulations) is a plus.
