Job PurposeTo lead the management, enhancement, and performance of the Maruti Suzuki India website by ensuring seamless operations, engaging user experiences, robust security, and strategic content optimization in line with digital growth objectives.Key Responsibilities- Oversee Adobe-based website maintenance and timely content updates- Manage content across product lines, campaigns, and seasonal promotions- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and Adobe Analytics- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements and maintain brand alignment- Lead new feature rollouts, redesigns, and roadmap developmentMajor Challenges- Navigating platform complexity during upgrades or migrations- Ensuring cross-brand content uniformity and avoiding site clutter- Facilitating collaboration across Marketing, DE, and Senior ManagementDecision-Making Authority- Define and execute personalization and SEO strategies- Determine testing cycles and UX enhancements- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks- Prioritize website features and release schedules in collaboration with stakeholdersKey Interactions- Internal Team- Adobe and other platform partners- Creative, technical, and media agenciesRequired Skills & ExperienceEducation:- B.E or MBA, or Master’s in Digital Marketing/Web TechnologiesExperience:- 2–6 years in website operations, digital content, or platform managementBehavioral Competencies * Effective Communication & Negotiation
