- Be part of the UI Development Squad,
- Learn, understand, and get familiar with the exiting application,
- Make extensive and efficient use of framework resources and architectural best practices during app modernization,
- Adapt with existing components and designs,
- Analyse user stories with the rest of the team and organize tasks related to UI Development
- Coordinate closely with business analysts, backend developers and testers
- Support other sub-streams of UI Development Squad on bug fixes or improvements
- Support QA on defects analysis
- Work closely with the BAs on the story analysis and proceed with the low-level technical analysis for the creation of the tasks,
- Assist UI Dev Lead to conclude on the scaffold, practices and design,
- Write unit tests with Jest,
- Organize documentation in confluence,
- Work with UI Dev Lead on code reviews,
- Communicate progress and issues in a concise and timely manner,
- Take ownership of frontend development cycles, incident resolution and root cause analyses.
- At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience as a Frontend Software Engineer with Angular.
- Experience in web development with technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON,
- Experience with CSS and CSS preprocessors.
- Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and Services.
- Working knowledge of versioning and source control systems, preferably GitHub.
- Experience in reactive programming and state management with RxJS.
- Experience in angular unit testing with Jest.
- Experience with PrimeNG, Material and custom re-usable Components.
- Experience with NX.DEV and Micro frontends.
- Knowledge of build and tracking tools, such as Jira, Jenkins, Sonar.
- Experience in business requirements analysis.
- Knowledge of project lifecycles, with the understanding of project lifecycle methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and CI/CD.
- Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to analyse specs with business analysts and backend developers and transform them into well organized and clearly written JIRA tasks.
