- Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Ensure that accounting entries comply with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies between the companys records and bank transactions.
- Ensure timely updating of cash flow records and monitor bank accounts.
- Tax Compliance & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Generate reports for tax compliance and assist with tax audits.
- Ensure that tax-related documents are prepared and filed in accordance with regulatory deadlines.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial data accuracy.
- Audits:
- Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Implement corrective actions for audit findings, if applicable.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and maintain a clean and organized accounting system within Tally.
- Generate financial reports, summaries, and other related documents as requested by management.
- Cost Control and Analysis:
- Monitor expenses and ensure they are within the approved budget.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies within the company.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
