  • Deliver assigned Insurance projects spanning areas such as claims transformation, distribution and marketing transformation, cost reduction, digital transformation, tech/ ops transformation, applied intelligence, analytics, automation and so on. expertise in Insurance value chain
  • Support the leadership in business development and drafting appropriate responses to win new business for Accenture
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and help the team liaison with other groups for successful project delivery

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:An experienced consultant with the focus on transformation across retirement products including individual retirements (fixed annuity and variable annuity) and retirement services (401 (K), mutual funds, 403(b), etc.). The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of modernizing and optimizing their retirement process functions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and implementing best practices to achieve strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the digital transformation and modernization of retirement plan platforms and servicing channels by leveraging technology solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology use cases in retirements & life insurance and recommend innovative solutions for clients.
  • Close key product gaps and build seamless market leading user experiences.
  • Reduce direct cost of client servicing through improved usability, self-servicing, automation, and straight through processes to eliminate manual work.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategic plans for transforming their retirement functions.
  • Evaluate and redesign retirement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement streamlined workflows for retirement plan administration and benefits management.
Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as FSRI, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in leading retirement plan transformations, including technology adoption and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, including retirement plan administration systems, benefits management systems, and digital transformation platforms.
  • Strong consulting and technology acumen
  • Expertise in insurance value chain spanning distribution, underwriting, policy, customer service
  • Expertise in at least one of the LoBs (Life, P&C), and/ or sub-LOBs (worker’s comp, property, specialty, etc.)
  • Good client engagement skills to be demonstrated during the entire project lifecycle
  • Ability to produce high calibre reports, PoVs, market relevant assets and accelerators
  • Good analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment

  • Full time MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution
  • 2-7 years of work experience in top Strategy, Management, Technology Consulting firms, or Analytics firms for Insurance, Financial Services, or equivalent work experience as a Life or Property & Casualty insurer or broker
  • Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII, desirable
  • Functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, automation, desirable
  • International work experience, and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK, would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Alteryx
  • Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in Insurance would be preferred
