- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business problems.
- 7 years of experience in operations or business management, vendor management and quality assurance.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma.
- Experience in project management and ability to execute, multi-task and delegate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills along with the ability to drive cross-functional efforts with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail in a fluid environment.
- Develop, pilot, and implement quality improvement programs for human error, serve as a quality advocate, and lead continuous improvement cycles with vendor partners.
- Conceptualize and Develop tools and frameworks needed for the execution of the programs.
- Manage human quality improvement projects from concept to launch. Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays and performance.
- Report, analyze, and provide insights on the quality performance and programs.
- Identify human Quality process gaps and lead continuous improvement cycles. Conduct Root Cause Analysis, segmentation of errors, trend and other data analysis.
