Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business problems.
7 years of experience in operations or business management, vendor management and quality assurance.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma.
Experience in project management and ability to execute, multi-task and delegate.
Excellent communication and leadership skills along with the ability to drive cross-functional efforts with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail in a fluid environment.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.Responsibilities

Develop, pilot, and implement quality improvement programs for human error, serve as a quality advocate, and lead continuous improvement cycles with vendor partners.
Conceptualize and Develop tools and frameworks needed for the execution of the programs.
Manage human quality improvement projects from concept to launch. Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks/delays and performance.
Report, analyze, and provide insights on the quality performance and programs.
Identify human Quality process gaps and lead continuous improvement cycles. Conduct Root Cause Analysis, segmentation of errors, trend and other data analysis.
