Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our AAC Block manufacturing company. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing management, particularly within the AAC Block industry. Qualifications: Expertise in manufacturing processes and operations Strong knowledge of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block production Experience in quality control and ensuring product compliance with safety standards Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize production efficiency Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
