- Primary point of contact for the customer, starting from reviewing the purchase order till the collections
- Go through contract to understand the various commercial and technical aspects to execute the project.
- Identify the various bottlenecks/risks associated and work with stakeholders to ensure that project is executed as per the project scope
- Prepare the project status reports and share it with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with customers for document submissions and approvals.
- Conduct the pre-inspection meeting with customer, production, QC and resolve the issues
- Work with various agencies such as DGFT, IBR, TPIs etc
- Prepare the project charter and work with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions
- Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance
- Responsible for submission of final documentation.
