- Participating in professional development activities and staying current with the latest advancements in Biology.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
- Prior experience in laboratory work is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
