1. Business Operations & Scaling
- Manage end-to-end operations including procurement, coordination of manufacturing,
- Develop scalable systems and processes to support rapid business growth
- Enhance supply chain efficiency and minimize operational expenses
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain strong oversight of accounting, management information systems (MIS), cash flow, and profitability
- Promote cost-efficiency across product development, logistics, and marketing expenditures
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial decision-making
- Partner closely with founders to drive growth strategies across D2C, marketplace, and offline channels
- Analyze key performance indicators (such as CAC, LTV, margins) to enhance unit economics
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale revenue and improve operational leverage
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: from ideation to formulation, vendor coordination,
- Work collaboratively with product, branding, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches
- Guarantee operational preparedness and supply chain alignment for new SKUs
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements specific to a cosmetics brand
- Lead and manage GST registration and compliance for new entities and brands
- Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities to ensure product and business compliance
- Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning operations, finance, and supply chain
- Foster accountability, timely execution, and performance monitoring
- Serve as the operational link connecting product, marketing, and finance departments
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance, accounting, and operations, preferably within D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care sectors
- Demonstrated experience in growth strategy and scaling consumer brands
- In-depth knowledge of the product lifecycle in businesses dealing with physical products
- Practical experience with GST registration and compliance procedures
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a proactive execution approach
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is highly advantageous
