JD- OEM Sales- Focused on OEM mainly to the high margin, premium products, and global designs of the organization- Help and establish distribution network- Responsible for market development, sales, and operational sales work with assigned Key Accounts.- Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customer base- Identify target customers, push sales, and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales.- Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals- Participate in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process.- Identify new markets to widen market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.- Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position, and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy.- Ensure completion of all commercial contracts with external agencies adhering to commercial terms and market conditions.- Deliver accurate Quarterly/Half yearly/annual forecasts & account plans.- Responsible for coordinating with retail SCM team for order sales and delivery.Qualification & Experience:- 8 -12 years of experience in building material, Graduate- Post Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing, Experience in premium product sellingSkills & Traits:- Presentable, Negotiation skills, Proactive, Result Orientation, Career- Stability, Listening Skills, Work in Pressure.Perks: - Salary + Incentives + Variable PayContact Details :Aasma Shaikh (ref:updazz.com)
