As a Senior L1 NOC Support Specialist at Incedo, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to clients for network and infrastructure issues. You will be the first point of contact for clients and will work to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You will be skilled in troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues and have experience with tools such as Wireshark and Ping.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and responding to network and system alerts
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
- Escalating issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior NOC support specialists
- Developing and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in NOC support
- Understanding of network and systems troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of network protocols and topologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, or VLANs.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
- Familiarity with server and network hardware and software technologies.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.
- 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
