Finacle Customization & DevelopmentDevelop, customize, and enhance Finacle modules using FinScript.Build Menu Options (MOs), Version (VER) programs, Customizations & Reports.Work on Collections, CASA, Loans, Payments, CRM, and other Finacle modules depending on project requirements.Implement EOD/BOD customizations and workflows.2. Backend Programming & Database DevelopmentWrite and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.Perform data validations, transformations, and database-level debugging.Tune SQL queries for maximum performance.3. Unix / Shell Script DevelopmentCreate Shell scripts for deployment, automation, and batch jobs.Schedule & automate tasks in the Finacle production environment.Troubleshoot job failures and log-level errors using Unix commands.4. Finacle Integrator (FI) Optional but PreferredBuild and manage integrations between Finacle and external systems using Finacle Integrator (FI).Create APIs / Web Services (SOAP/REST) for banking workflows.Monitor integration logs & resolve errors.5. Testing, Debugging & Production SupportAnalyze and resolve Finacle application issues (incidents, defects, production bugs).Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term fixes.Work with QA teams for SIT, UAT, and pre-production validations.Support go-live activities and post-production monitoring.6. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder InteractionCollaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements.Convert functional specifications into technical specifications.Provide effort estimation, impact analysis, and solution design.Technical Skills RequiredMust HaveStrong hands-on experience in PL/SQLStrong Finacle scripting experience (FinScript)Good command over Unix/Linux commands and Shell scriptingAbility to troubleshoot and understand Core Banking workflows
