Grow here.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer specializing in Bridges and Structures to join our Transportation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on global, high-profile projects, leveraging cutting-edge BIM and CAD technologies to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:Design & Modelling:

Undertake structural modelling and detailing on global projects using REVIT & AutoCAD.
Develop bridge models in Revit from scratch

Prepare bridge drawings in AutoCAD.

Create and edit drawings and sketches in compliance with AECOM standards.
Develop RC intent drawings and modify 3D BIM models for federated model development.

Quality Assurance:

Review and monitor the production of drawings to maintain quality and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 or COBie.

Client Interaction:

Maintain regular communication with lead regions, and projects lead to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Team Collaboration:

Liaise with team managers to stay informed on project developments.
Provide guidance to the project team, fostering a qualitative and client-focused culture.

Qualifications

Recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering modelling and detailing, with a focus on bridges.
Proven expertise in 3D modelling using tools like Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
Proficiency in ProjectWise, BIM 360/ACC, and other industry-standard tools.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction sequencing.
Ability to create custom families and templates to enhance BIM workflows.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with a strong command of technical terminology.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 or COBie standards is highly desirable.
