Establishing techniques and procedures and designating the particular NDT methods, techniques and procedures to be used.Evaluate and interpret results in terms of existing codes, standards and specifications.Training and certification of Level-I and Level-II NDT personnel.Ability to troubleshoot, provide technical leadership, and correct NDT processes while maintaining product and process flow.Understand and interpret codes, standards, specifications, and client requirements related to NDT inspection to meet demands and compliance.Develop and implement General Inspection Procedures (GIPs) and NDT method procedures and techniques.Perform site assessments and leadership in audits.Research and implement new Inspection techniques and technologies to improve current processes and support next level process.Plan, direct, and coordinate all Quality Assurance functions.Direct and coordinate the overall quality specifications and standards for materials, processes, and finished products to meet clients requirements.Provide solutions to clients NDT inspection related problems.Provide technical assistance to Operation and Sales departments as and when required.Perform any other tasks as required by the Management
