- Handling Emails communication queries.
- Liaise with Department in resolving the cases within defined TAT
- Preparing MIS/Dashboard and publishing it to respective stakeholders.
- Working on Projects as per business requirements.
- Working on NPS Matrix.
- Has customer centricity (Keeps the Customer First) in all perspective
- Has good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point.
