Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to dynamic environments. Good communication and documentation skills. Team player with a keen interest in technology and business processes. Provide first-level support for applications and systems. Support in analyzing workflows, system logs, and performance reports. Assist in preparing insights to improve processes and system efficiency. Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals. Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth communication. Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for process improvement.
