- Design, manufacture and launch new products, propositions and solutions to increase HSBC India trade finance market share and wallet
- Ability to engage with fintech and marketplace for new partnerships in line with banks strategy and vision.
- Ability to make clear choice between the multiple fintech players for optimal benefit keeping in mind the current and future objectives.
- Connect with Industry bodies and association to collaborate and design products which fit client ask and bank appetite.
- Carries deep understanding of the global digital ecosystem including India tech landscape and is able to visualize the required product development for near and mid-term future.
- Responsibility to run new initiatives independently.
- Deep knowledge of Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance product
- Practical and hands on experience of driving embedded finance and delivering structured solutions for Corporates.
- Manage the product financials to boost product financial performance
- Develop product strategy in conjunction with global/regional product team and drive in-country implementation
- Lead commercialization plans for new or enhanced products in the country
- Ensure all product governance policies are followed and risks associated with the products managed are identified and appropriately mitigated
- Management Postgraduate with a minimum of 15 years of relevant trade finance experience across Sales & Product Management
- Extensive exposure to all aspects of trade, which include risks, structures and products.
- Basic credit skills regarding evaluation of credit proposals, including trade facilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial Orientation and appreciation of technology
- CA/CFA/Post-Graduate in Business Administration
- Banking experience of over 15 years
