Inbound Query Handling: Receive calls from customers to answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide information. Lead Generation/Sales: Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services to achieve daily/weekly targets. Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate logs of customer conversations, call outcomes, and update CRM databases. Following Scripts: Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers while adapting to natural conversation. WeCP WeCP +5 Required Skills and Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages. Negotiation: Ability to convince clients and handle objections or rejections professionally. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and database management software (CRM). Experience/Education: Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is often preferred, though many roles are open to freshers.
