We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies for quality coordination, testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.Your responsibilities:Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedbackDevelop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test casesDesign, develop, and execute automated testsTest current products and identify deficienciesIdentify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolvedSuggest solutions to identified product problemsInvestigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfactionCollaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project executionIdentify key KPIs for product qualityIdentify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvementPlan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategyCollect quality data & perform regression testingOversee continuous improvement projectsInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutionsTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesPrepare and present reports and metrics to Senior ManagementSkill sets/Experience we require:Manual Tester Requirements:

Possess experience with preparing test plans, test cases and identify test scenarios beyond the given requirements
Experience with Document the test execution results
Good understanding of Testing frameworks and methodologies.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role advantageous
Experience in project management and QA methodology
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
Attention to detail
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Strong organizational skills

Qualification:Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or relevant field
