ENGINEER SERVICE FOR TRADERS - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure ambient air quality monitoring systems, stack emission analyzers, water analyzers, and IoT-enabled, data-logging, or continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance, routine inspections, and repairs of sensors and instruments to ensure reliability.
• Calibration: Calibrate and validate field instruments to ensure data accuracy and compliance with NABL/CPCB standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues in the field, including electrical, mechanical, and software problems in environmental monitoring devices.
• Customer Support & Training: Provide on-site or remote training to customers on device operation, maintenance, and data interpretation.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports, site visit logs, and calibration certificates.
• Data Validation: Review monitoring data for consistency and troubleshoot data acquisition issues.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field service, preferably within the environmental monitoring, laboratory equipment, or scientific instrumentation industry.
• Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with sensors, data acquisition systems, and IoT communication protocols.
• Familiarity with environmental parameters (PM, SO2, NOx, CO, VOCs, COD, BOD, pH, TSS).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Physical Requirements & Travel: Must be able to work in the field, often at industrial sites, and have a valid driver’s license for frequent travel.

• Site-based: Involves travelling to client sites, including industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or remote environmental monitoring stations.
• Varied Conditions: Work may be required in different weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments (e.g., confined spaces, at heights).

• Equipment uptime and reliability.
• Timely completion of preventive maintenance.
• Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
• Accuracy of calibration and documentation.
