Our client is looking for someone who can assist CEO in all the special projects , which could range from exploring new business ventures to process improvements.

Lead and coordinate strategic projects directly overseen by the CEO.
Facilitate collaboration across different departments, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
Organize and manage strategic planning sessions.
Assist the CEO in managing relationships with key external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry leaders.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives. Provide regular updates to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

Work closely with senior stakeholders|To work with one the Global leading Retail organization

2+ years of relevant experience in CEO's Office Role
Master's degree from a premier institute.
Excellent leadership, management and team-building skills.
Strong organisational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
