Primary Responsibilities: - Selling software solutions to enterprises in the assigned territory - To identify, assess and present custom software solutions to the customers - Identify & generate business from new accounts - Contact customers based on leads generated - Strong prospecting and cold calling skills - Ability to understand customers industry and core business processes - Analyze prospects' needs and uncover business challenges - Leveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the client. - Own a substantial revenue target and be responsible for steady annual growth - Work with a partner to create proposals and contracts. - Ensure timely delivery of projects to the customers. - Monitor and mentor the team to achieve the targets. Skills Required: - Good Leadership Skills - Strong prospecting and cold calling skills - Sales experience selling IT professional services and software - Deal advancement and closing - Negotiation - Pipeline building and management - Good technical and business analysis background - Experience in Consulting and interactions with C-level executives - Experience in proposal development for software outsourcing initiatives - Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: - MBA Desired, Bachelor of Engineering in CS or IS- 4-10 years of experience in business-to-business software solution sales experience. - Proven sales record for experienced candidates.
