Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analyzing data, and providing valuable insights into the real estate market trends in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research on the Bangalore real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Collect and analyze data on property sales, rental rates, vacancy rates, and other relevant market indicators. Monitor and track industry news, economic trends, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and market trends. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to support business objectives and decision-making. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to organize and analyze market data effectively. Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in real estate research and incorporate them into our practices. Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and action plans based on research insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics, regulations, and key players in Bangalore is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges in the market. Candidate should know Bangalore demographics and should own a two wheeler to visits the project site offices.
